Terms of Service
Your Acceptance of Terms: When you place an order in any form with American Bullion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed with all the terms and conditions set forth in the “Agreement” and shall be bound by them.
Product Warranty: American Bullion Guarantees the authenticity of any items as outlined in the “Agreement”.
Your Information: It is your responsibility to check your personal information and make sure it is correct before placing any order with American Bullion.

Other: All of the links on www.americanbullion.com are checked before accepting them on the site. However, the site links may or may not hold the same opinions as that of American Bullion. If there is a link that is no longer appropriate, please help us by letting us know immediately at 1-310-689-7720.
Pricing and Payment
American Bullion makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to American’s products and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to American’s products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to American’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover an error in pricing or a material error in the description or availability of a product that affects your outstanding order with American, we will notify you of the corrected price or description; you may then choose to accept the corrected price or description, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, American will give you a full refund.
Please contact us for other methods of payments. These methods are; Wire transfers, Cashier’s checks and Personal checks. We highly recommend that you contact us directly to get an instant quote and a faster process for your purchase.
Shipment of Precious Metals
All shipments are fully insured. If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, at American’s option, American will replace the items or refund the purchase price. American bears the risk of loss until the shipment is delivered to the address provided by you in the order form subject to the following: (a) Any variance in the order must be reported to American’s Customer Service within five (5) days of receipt of shipment to make a claim of loss; (b) you must retain all original packing materials intact; and (c) you must cooperate with American including providing supporting declarations regarding any loss.
Each order is generally shipped within 72-hours of the confirmation of good funds(6-10 business days from receipt of a personal or cashier’s check). We highly recommend a bank wire payment for you to receive your metals as soon as possible.
You agree to pay for all metals, coins, bars and other numismatic/collectible items ordered, and all charges for orders, storage, delivery and other services (please refer to our shipping charges below). You will also pay any taxes, assessments or other charges imposed by a government concerning your purchase, now or in the future.
All shipments are fully insured and under American’s responsibility until delivered to the address provided by the client.
We charge a base fee of $24, plus $1.00 per thousand for gold and platinum, $3 per thousand for Silver and $2 per thousand for palladium products’ shipping, handling and insurance .
A 30% discount applies for orders over $100,000.- (except the base $24 fee).
You understand that investment in precious metals, coins and other numismatic/collectible items is speculative, unregulated and volatile and that prices may rise and fall over time. Profit can only be made if prices rise over the investment period in an amount sufficient to overcome our “bid” (buy from client) quotes (as explained in our Agreement, item 6 paragraph (ii).
Ownership and Limitations on Use of Website and Materials
The sole owner of the American Bullion Precious Metals Shipping and Account Agreement documents (collectively, the “Account Documents”) as well as the website (www.americanbullion.com), its related sister sites (such websites, collectively, the “website”), and all their contents is American Bullion, Inc. The contents of the Account Documents and/or website includes, without limitation, the text, graphics, images, logos, themes, button icons, and audio and visual materials contained or set forth therein.
Accordingly, you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a single copy of pages of the Account Documents or the website solely for your own individual personal, noncommercial use, and you shall not duplicate, download, copy, publish, modify or otherwise distribute or exploit any of the Account Documents or any material on the website for any purpose other than for your own individual, noncommercial use unless otherwise specifically authorized by us. Further, you may not “frame” or “mirror” (such as through the use of any html code)
